Agreement to Terms

Services Description

Victoria's Floral Weddings provides professional wedding floral design and coordination services in Northern Michigan. Our services include:

• Custom bridal bouquets and wedding party flowers
• Ceremony and reception floral arrangements
• Wedding coordination and day-of services
• Floral consultation and design planning

Booking and Deposits

To secure your wedding date with Victoria's Floral Weddings:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking
• The remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding date
• Deposits secure your date and begin the design process
• Specific payment terms will be outlined in your service contract

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made 90+ days before the event: deposit is non-refundable
• Cancellations made 30-89 days before: 75% of total contract due
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before: full contract amount due
• Date changes may be accommodated based on availability with a rebooking fee

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Victoria's Floral Weddings and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Photography Rights

Victoria's Floral Weddings reserves the right to photograph our work at your event for portfolio and marketing purposes. By booking our services, you grant us permission to use these images unless otherwise specified in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Victoria's Floral Weddings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, supply chain disruptions, or venue-related issues.
